Say what you will about the iPhone 4. Haters gonna hate. I don’t even need to defend the phone, but I’ll let you know that I love it. Mostly because of the user experience (hey, I’m a UX guy), but mostly because it just works — amazingly (and no reception issues or dropped calls). I don’t read Marco.org that much anymore, but he sums it up perfectly here.

Ok, so the commerical, I don’t know if this has been playing for a while now, but I just saw it for the first time last night. Yeah, we all get it, Face Time rules (the communication with military servicemen/women = awesome, really awesome). But man, the sign language part. I about cried. What an amazing experience for people who couldn’t really use a mobile phone like this before. Seriously, wow.

Yes, I realize that other phones have had these features for a while. But have those phone companies made it work this easily, made the experience this compelling, and sold it to us this well? No they haven’t.
